Ugly Tactic Number Seven - The Discipline and Discharge Tactic

This is Greg Boles with the seventh tactic used by some employers to harass injured workers.  Some employers may progressively discipline you and ultimately fire you, after you have returned to work following an injury.  If they can successfully prove that you were fired for reasons that were not related to your work injury, you are not entitled to receive benefits.  Even if you have a completely clean employment record, you may suddenly find that you are being disciplined after you return to work.  If this occurs, make sure you talk to a lawyer.  http://www.fennerandboles.com
