A Pennsylvania workers’ comp insurance company has the right to investigate whether you're employed, your physical condition in connection with your work injury has changed, or whether you've received other benefits during the time that you were out in connection with a work injury.  They do so by sending you forms that you need to fill out.  Make sure you fill those forms out promptly and accurately.  If you don’t send them back within 30 days, the insurance company has the right to suspend payment of your wage-loss benefits, so act promptly.
